The competency trial of New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson resumed Monday in New Orleans. Mr. Benson is is a fight with his children over control of the family assets after he changed his estate leaving much of the wealth to a current wife. His children are expected to testify this week with the trial expected to wrap up soon.
