Gayle Benson, wife of Tom Benson, is set to testify in her husbands competency trial next week as the latest member of the family to take the stand. The children of Mr. Benson just rested their case as they seek to have their father declared unfit to manage his business and pro sport empire. However, little will be known about what is said during testimony as the presiding judge has closed the court and imposed a gag order. I will provide more updates as the story develops.
