Oscar de la Renta Snubs Adopted Son In Will
The late fashion designer Oscar de la Renta has snubbed his adopted son in a will after the two had a falling out about ten years ago. The dispute started when the adopted son, Moises de la Renta, attempted to start his own fashion line in 2005. Moises has been left a very small bequest from his father’s $26 million estate. He has been warned that he would be cut out completely if he tries to contest the will. The majority of the estate will go to Oscar’s second wife Annette, with the remainder set to be split between Moises and his three step-children.
