Dad Sues Schizophrenic Son Who Killed His Mother

A Schizophrenic man who stabbed his wealthy philanthropist mother to death is being sued by his father for the inheritance money.  Back in March Jonathan Schwartz was committed to a psychiatric hospital in upstate New York after a Jury found him to be not criminally responsible by reason of insanity.  Jonathan’s father Steven Schwartz hopes to obtain the remaining $700,000 that is left in Barbara Weiden Schwartz Fischler’s estate.
