Cheap Substandard Wills Are Causing Problems

People that are looking for bargains will sometimes make the mistake of putting together a substandard Will on the cheap.  Modern family structures have added to the complexity of drafting Wills.  A poorly drafted Will can create a lot of heartache and confusion for families that have to undergo the probate process.  This article provides an example of a poorly drafted Will that cost someone a stake in an expensive London property.  A person should seek out the advice of a competent estate attorney when drafting a Will, there are dire consequences for trying to do something as important as putting together a Will on the cheap.
