Daughters Of Maurice Laboz Contesting Father’s Will

LabozI have previously discussed the strict terms contained in the Will of deceased real estate tycoon Maurice Laboz.  When the New York City millionaire passed away he left his two daughters a combined $20 million fortune.  The Will imposed a number of conditions that the two daughters would have to follow if they wanted to receive the inheritance before turning 35.  Now the daughters are in the process of contesting their father’s Will.  Another person contesting the Will is Ewa Laboz, the millionaire’s former spouse.  Marice was in the process of divorcing Ewa when he passed away.  The two siblings, Victoria and Marlena Laboz, are going to bring their case before a Manhattan Court on August 12, 2016.

See Kate Pickles, Tycoon’s daughters who must wait ten years to inherit his $20m fortune are going to court to contest bizarre rules which include bonuses for marrying early and having children in wedlock, The Daily Mail, August 5, 2015.
