Famed British Writer PD James Bequest Most Of £22 Million Estate To Daughters
PD James, The Baroness James of Holland Park, was once hailed as the crime writing heir to Agatha Christie with her 20 books selling millions of copies in Britain and the US. As a result, she amassed a large estate that has been valued at £22 Million which her will largely left to her two adult daughters. Additional legacies were gifted to her sister, grandchildren, secretary, and to several Cambridge and Oxford colleges. The estate is expected to face a tax bill in excess of £8 Million due to the heavy death penalty imposed in Britain.
