Mysterious Case Of Lord Lucan Not Quite Over After All

ArticlePictureLord Lucan disappeared decades ago after murdering his nanny in a fit of rage brought on by a lifestyle was in serious threat of collapse. He fled the scene and disappeared with many suspecting suicide although some believe he remained alive and on the run. As a result, Lucan’s son has spent years trying to get his father declared legally dead so the family title can finally pass. However, a new wrinkle in the case has appeared with the son of Lucan’s victim seeking to block the declaration so that the search for fugitive, but likely deceased, Earl can continue. As of now, the High Court has not ruled if this new challenge is enough to block the death declaration.
