As more Americans become more environmentally conscious green funerals will continue to increase in popularity. More companies are offering funeral services that have minimal environmental impact. Some of these environmentally friendly options include using biodegradable caskets or not using so many chemicals. Another advantage of green funerals that is attractive to people involves the cost savings. This article discusses some of the companies that are tapping into this growing demand for funeral services that don’t harm the environment. People that are motivated by both the monetary savings and environmental concerns are going to be looking for these types of services. This is an industry that is going to continue to expand in the future.
