A bitter family dispute among the heirs of Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers now includes allegations of physical assault and drug abuse. Laura Killoren has recently filed a lawsuit against her brother and CEO of Dobbs Tire and Auto alleging assault. In the lawsuit filed in St. Louis County Circuit Court Laura Killoren alleges that David Dobbs of punched her the face and knocked her out during a company trip to Cancun, Mexico. According to the lawsuit the dispute happened while she was confronting her nephew and David Dobbs’ son about cocaine that he had allegedly purchased. David Dobbs has been involved in an ongoing dispute with his sister and mother Sue Dobbs over the control of Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers.
