Stripper Strikes Again, Man Leaves Estate To Woman He Knew For Month

WillsThere is no combination that will trigger litigation faster than that of an older, dying man meeting a charismatic stripper and making her a beneficiary in his will. This exact thing happened recently when a woman working at a topless establishment became attached to an ailing executive with TV giant HBO and almost immediately moved in with him about a month before he died. As a result, his will announced her his sole beneficiary which was by the executive’s sister who claiming undue influence over her brother who was known to suffer from a variety of ailments including heart disease and alcoholism. The will entered probate in Manhattan and when challenged saw the stripper return to Florida supposedly to care for her mother. There is no word on when a trial will take place nor what the size of the estate might be.
