Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Estate Files Lawsuit Against Cissy And Pat Houston

I have previously discussed the ongoing bitter legal and personal battles between the Brown and Houston families over the estates of Whitney Houston and her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown.  Bobbi Kristina’s estate has recently filed a lawsuit against Cissy and Pat Houston alleging that they committed a breach of trust in their roles as co-trustees of Bobbi Kristina’s trust.  “The suit, filed by estate administrator Bedelia Hargrove, alleges that Pat and Sissy have failed to pay for the operation of the estate out of funds from Bobbi Kristina’s trust, Bossip reports.”  The two co-trustees were Bobbi Kristina’s aunt and grandmother and they must sign off on any funds that are spent from the trust.  This bitter family dispute is far from over and there will likely be ongoing developments.
