Professor Rebecca Morgan Receives Inaugural Award From National Elder Law Foundation

Professor morganThe co-director of the Stetson University College of Law Center for Excellence in Elder Law has earned an inaugural award from the National Elder Law Foundation. The foundation’s board of directors awarded professor Rebecca Morgan for her ongoing contributions to the field of elder law. “Professor Morgan is the Boston Asset Management Faculty Chair in Elder Law at Stetson University, a past president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, past president of the board of directors of Justice in Aging, past chair of the American Association of Law Schools Section on Aging and the Law and the Florida Bar Elder Law Section.” She has also authored several books, articles, and lectures that deal with the subject of elder law. This article also discusses many of the past prestigious awards that Professor Morgan has received.
