IRS Issues Notice Concerning Compliance With Section 6035

The Treasury Department has issued new guidelines for filing statements that are required under section 6035. Any statement to be filed with the IRS or furnished to a beneficiary before June 30, 2016, need not be filed or furnished until that date. A copy of the notice can be found here.
