Important Philanthropy Lessons

PhilanthropyThis Article discusses several key lessons for implementing philanthropy through individuals, families, businesses, and foundations the right way. First, not only do donations benefit the charity, they also benefit the donor by creating stronger family units, improving employee recruitment, and promoting health and longevity. Another important thing to note when donating is that oftentimes focusing on less causes and donating more to them rather than spreading charity over a wide area achieves a more meaningful result. Additionally, there are more benefits to donating while alive as opposed to after death, providing learning, growth, and fulfillment. And remember that philanthropy is much more than just writing a check; you can get involved by researching, implementing, and adjusting.
