When social media begins to forget you are alive, living legends should think about reviewing their estate plans. Social media rumors can perpetuate waves of public mourning for those stars who have not yet passed; reading your obituary online is possibly the greatest estate planning wake-up call. Stars like Kirk Douglas, Betty White, and Stan Lee currently lead satisfying lives and will ultimately be estate planning success stories. In order to avoid being an estate-planning nightmare, it is essential to plan for longevity just like these living legends.
