The North Carolina Uniform Power of Attorney Act: A Practical Introduction for Real Estate Practitioners

Fortunately, Governor Cooper recently signed “An Act to Adopt the Uniform Power of Attorney Act in this State” during the 2017 session. The law will take effect on January 1, 2018. This is a must-read for those who are involved with powers of attorney and real estate law.
