The estate-planning field is essential, but the field can be crowded. To grow a practice, it is important for potential clients to be able to differentiate your practice from the herd. Unfortunately, many attorneys blend with the striped masses of the pack and have little idea where to being distinguishing themselves, much less how to execute a plan. To effectively market a practice, you must: 1) identify your target audience, 2) keep the message consistent, 3) reconsider direct-to-client marketing efforts, 4) separate yourself from your competitors, and 5) execute your marketing plan.
