When forced to consider possible provisions and beneficiaries of her will, she had a difficult time coming to any hard conclusions. She surmised that most parents have a very natural push to provide for their kids, which makes finalizing a will easier relative to nonparents. This process springboarded her into action that led to Alboher donating her time to a nonprofit, Girls Write Now, which coincides with her ideals for a charitable organization. She is now an avid evangelist and relentless fundraiser for the group. Though her will remains incomplete, Alboher has gained much more clarity about how she wants to live life.
