Kentucky enacts Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act

Kentucky recently became the 44th state to enact the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act. The Act will take effect on July 15, 2020. Ky. Rev. Stat. Ch. 395A.
