Famed Spelling Manor in Los Angeles lists for $165 Million

MansionThe Spelling Manor, a megamasion the size of the White House has hit the market again, for $165 million. The listing at $165 million is over 25% more than the mansion sold for in 2019.

The French Chateau-inspired home was built in 1990 for late TV produce Aaron Spelling, who is well known for “Charlie’s Angels” and “Beverly Hills, 90210,” among other shows. The mansion sits on more than 4.5 acres and is over 56,000 square feet.

According to Jeff Hyland and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, the home “offers every amenity imaginable, from bowling alleys to beauty salons, rolling lawns to rose gardens, a legendary library to professional screening room. . .”

The 14-bedroom, 27-bathroom residence sold in 2019 for $120 million, which set a record at the time for priciest property.

Now, the megamansion has hit the market again, for nearly $50 million more.
