FTX Bankruptcy Estate Sues SBF’S Parents Who Are Both Tenured Stanford Law Professors

FTX is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings and has taken legal action against the parents of Sam Bankman Fried, who are both Stanford Law professors, suggesting that they had a more extensive involvement in FTX than previously reported by the media. They have been accused of various wrongdoings, including breaches of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, aiding and abetting, and fraudulent transfers.
