Screenshot 2024-06-18 at 9.52.07 PMThe Journal of Aging Law & Policy is a student and peer-edited publication at Stetson University College of Law produced annually that aims to provide varying perspectives on elder law and policies throughout the world and to test the traditional and modern notions of elder law.

Their publication is currently seeking articles for Volume 16 of their journal, with a publication date of approximately August 2025. They are kindly requesting final drafts of articles be submitted by September 1, 2024. Their Journal’s goal is to provide readers with in-depth analysis on cutting-edge issues relating to the field of elder and aging law, with an emphasis on policy and comparative analysis.

You are invited to submit an article for publication in our next edition. Generally, they are looking for articles ranging from 20-50 pages, with appropriate citation in the footnotes using either the Bluebook or ALWD manuals.
