John Travolta’s youngest son, Benjamin, with his late wife Kelly Preston, could be biologically related to Elvis Presley.
This bombshell allegation was made in an amended lawsuit by Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, and associate Kevin Fialko. The complaint is made against Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract.
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court and claims 36-year-old Riley Keough, Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter with her ex-husband Danny Keough, donated her eggs to Travolta and Preston 15 years ago to help them conceive.
In the documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times, Kruse said that once Lisa Maria passed away in 2023, “the entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs.”
Amid the “family chaos,” Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told Kruse that the couple first approached Lisa Marie about it because Preston “had been unable to bear her own children.”
The outlet notes that it’s not known if her eggs helped produce a child.
But Lockwood explained that the actors approached the family again “in or around 2010,” but the “Grease” actor “no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them.”
A plan was then “orchestrated” to have Keough donate her eggs. The lawsuit claims the “Daisy Jones & the Six” actress, “gave her eggs to Travolta so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta,” and “Riley was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000 for the deal.”
A photo of a handwritten note of the alleged deal was included in court papers. It has the words “Kelly Preston carried baby,” “medical bills paid,” “Ben Travolta,” “CA Fertility”, “Dr. Mars,” “Anita Nurse,” and “old Jaguar 1990s-ish.” The Times says a screenshot is included, which is presumably a text with Priscilla calling Ben her “beautiful great-grandson.”
Preston passed away in 2021, two years after battling breast cancer. She was 57 years old. She and Travolta, who were married in 1991, have two other children, a son, Jett and a daughter, Ella Bleu. Jett passed away in 2009 at 16 years old from a seizure.
Lockwood said, “The entire arrangement required a ‘sign off’ from the Church of Scientology, which heavily involved Priscilla’s oversight.”
Kruse and Fialko’s lawsuit against Garcia claims, he “threw a tantrum, demanding (they) keep Riley’s and Travolta’s son out of the press, since Priscilla (had) promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king.’” The Times noted that the documents say, “Priscilla’s love for Navarone was, and always has been, incestuous.”
Jordan Matthews, Kruse and Fialko’s attorney said that while the two are “disheartened that they have been forced to proceed with litigation, it was Ms. Presley and her family that first concocted outrageous and reprehensibly false allegations against them to smear their reputations and destroy their businesses and family,” the statement continued. “[T]he reality is that these are the circumstances that our clients were forced to endure, when they were trying to hold the Presley family together despite the fact that they were each clamoring against one another over money and control of Lisa Marie’s estate. … [O]ur clients have attempted in good faith to resolve this matter and [Presley’s] counsel was well aware of this filing, but chose to ignore it, daring our clients to proceed with litigation.”
