ABA Approves Resolution 401

Here is the text of the resolution:

RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association urges the National Conference of Bar Examiners to include Trust and Estate Law as a Foundational Concept and Principle on the NextGen bar exam; and

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association urges state, territorial, and tribal bar admission authorities to consider, when adopting the NextGen bar exam, adding to their bar exams Trust and Estate Law that is not covered as a Foundational Concept and Principle in the NextGen bar exam.
