Who Should Attend: This program is best suited for professionals who advise clients on estate, wealth, and family-related planning, who want practical, litigation-avoidance strategies they can implement proactively to protect client intent and reduce the risk of future disputes, including: Estate planning and probate attorneys Trust and elder law attorneys Family law attorneys who encounter guardianship or capacity disputes Financial advisors and wealth managers involved in legacy planning CPAs and tax professionals working with high-net-worth or complex family situations Trust officers and fiduciaries Professionals advising aging clients or families concerned about incapacity, guardianship, or contested estates Litigators, helping them spot issues in estate and guardianship litigations
