Recently, billionaire Ray Dolby died at age 80 from acuteleukemia and Alzheimer’s Disease. He founded Dolby Laboratories in 1965. Lastyear the company’s profits were more than $900 million dollars. During his lifetime,Dolby donated over $35 million in support of stem cell research. Arevolutionary in the sound industry, Dolby died with a $2.4 billion dollarestate. Dagmar, Dolby’s wife of 47 years, is now the heir to his fortune.
