Fat on Woman’s Body Causes Fire at Crematorium

A crematorium in the city of Graz recently overheated due to the excessive fat on a deceased 440-pound Austrian woman’s body. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire, but this incident is spurring crematoriums to install larger furnaces to accommodate the increasing average body size. Not all countries are so accommodating. Austria and Switzerland may just prohibit larger bodies from their crematoriums.
