Joe Jackson Asks for Monthly Allowance

Joe Jackson has reportedly petitioned the Los Angeles County Superior Court for a monthly allowance from Michael Jackson’s estate.  Joe claims to have $15,000 in monthly expenses, which includes $2,000 for eating out, $3,000 for hotel expenses, and $50 for charitable contributions.
