College Professor’s Estate Plan Includes A Former Student

The Washington Post has an fascinating article about a woman who discovers that one of her former college professors named her as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy.  The woman discovers this when the professor dies, 20 years after having taken a couple of the professor’s classes at Bennington College.  See Karen Houppert, A room of her own, Wash.
