A lawyer for Katherine Jackson issued a statement indicating that she wants to be an executor of Michael Jackson’s estate, claiming that the current executors won’t let her see the agreement Jackson signed with AEG. Subsequently, the executors issued a statement claiming that Mrs. Jackson needs to first sign a confidentiality agreement, but her lawyers refused.
