Anna Nicole Smith’s Body Causes Fights — Even After Death

The fate of Anna Nicole Smith’s body is still in debate.  According to AP, Judge: ‘Anna Nicole Smith’s Body Belongs to Me’; Hearing Under Way, FoxNews.com, Feb. 15, 2007:

[Howard K.] Stern * * * wants to have her buried next to her son in the Bahamas; Arthur [Anna’s mother] wants her daughter buried in her home state of Texas; and Birkhead simply wants to prove he is the father of Dannielynn, who potentially could inherit millions. * * *

Broward County medical examiner Joshua Perper warned that Smith’s corpse is decomposing and should be released. Her body will remain refrigerated until the judge rules.
