Huguette Clark’s Santa Barbara Oceanfront Estate Transferred to Bellosguardo Foundation

After the late heiress Huguette Clark passed away with a $300 million estate in 2011, her will was, perhaps expectedly, contested in court. The Bellosguardo estate, which overlooks the Santa Barbara waterfront, has finally been transferred according to Clark’s wishes after being held up for years while tax and probate issues were settled. The home now belongs to a nonprofit arts foundation set up by Clark.
