CLE on Fundamentals of the Modern Estate Planning Practice
The American Bar Association is holding a CLE entitled, Fundamentals of the Modern Estate Planning Practice, which will take place June 22, 2017, online. Provided below is a description of the event:
The federal estate tax exemption has risen from $600,000 per person to over $5.49 million in the last twenty years. As the exemption level has changed, the practice of estate planning has changed as well. Minimizing tax implications for clients has remained a particular focus in the industry, but attorneys have worked to address other goals. This 2017 CLE is designed for attorneys new to estate planning and offers speakers covering a wide range of issues.
