We all think about death and dying, but estate planning lawyers have a unique perspective on the legal end of death. After interviewing these lawyers, the Article puts together some insightful viewpoints. One attorney reflected on the many emotions that people have when planning for death and transferring their property. It is essential to be prepared and accepting of death, as one attorney put it. Another attorney advised that you plan ahead of time for the sake of your family members. Communication will help to plan ahead, one attorney encouraged, and remember, you can always review and change your estate plan.
