Estate Planning Lawyers Sued for $100 Million

A “public spectacle” surrounds an exciting case in Kerrville, Texas where family members are suing the lawyers who prepared an estate plan for taking actions which were allegedly not fully understood by the clients, one of whom is dead and the other who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.  The plaintiffs seek $100 million from the lawyers and the corporate fiduciary involved with the estate.  The trial is ongoing.
