Terri Schiavo — Update 5

Yesterday (2/28/05), Terri’s parents asked the court to allow Terri to divorce her husband, Michael.  The grounds for the the divorce include adultery because Michael is living with another woman with whom he has two children.  Michael contends, however, that even if a divorce is granted, Terri’s guardian would still be required to remove her feeding tube because the court has determined that Terri would not have wanted to be kept alive in this manner.
