Terri Schiavo — Update 8

Yesterday (March 16, 2005), a Florida appellate court refused to overturn Judge Greer’s refusal to stay the removal of Terri’s feeding tube.  The court also rejected a new trial request made by Terri’s parents.

Accordingly, Terri’s husband is still authorized to have Terri’s feeding tube removed at 2:00 p.m. EST tomorrow (March 18, 2005).
