Pope John Paul II’s Will

On April 7, 2005, the Vatican released an Italian translation of Pope John Paul II’s will which was written in Polish.  An unofficial English translation is available.

Here is the main dispositive provision:

I leave behind me no property that needs to be disposed of. As for the objects of daily use that served me, I ask that they be distributed as seems appropriate.  May my personal notes be burnt.
