Unusual Motive to Not Pull Plug

In February of 2005, Husband and Wife had a heated argument which resulted in Husband strangling Wife.

Although Wife was still alive after his attack, Husband locked Wife in the trunk of her car where she remained for five days until being discovered and taken to the hospital.

Unfortunately, Wife was in very bad condition and has been on artificial life support (breathing, food, and water).

The court is now trying to determine whom to appoint as Wife’s guardian to make medical treatment decisions.

Husband is fighting to keep Wife on life support because if she dies, his criminal charges will be increased to Murder One.
