Estate Planning for Edward R. Broida
Edward R. Broida, a wealthy real estate developer from Los Angeles, has recently begun planning his estate, a move triggered by his battle with cancer.
Part of his estate plan involves giving 174 contemporary works of art to the Museum of Modern Art, “including prime examples of paintings, sculptures and drawings by artists like Philip Guston, Vija Celmins and Christopher Wilmarth.”
