Mark Glasser Talks to “Death and Taxes — The Blog”

Earlier on this blog, here, here, here, here, and here, I have been reporting on the case of Lillian Glasser and the battle to control her and her $25 million fortune.

Mark Glasser has spoken with the editor of “Death and Taxes — The Blog,” Joel A. Schoenmeyer, about his position.  Mr. Schoenmeyer has posted a very interesting report of his conversion with Mr. Glasser and his examination of various documents.  Based on this examination, Mr. Schoenmeyer concludes:

more than 8 months before Mrs. Glasser signed the power of attorney naming Ms. Mathews as her agent, her physician told Ms. Mathews that Mrs. Glasser was incapacitated.
