Gottschalk Got Conned?
When Dr. Louis A. Gottschalk’s wife died in 1993, he was appointed as the administrator of a family partnership valued at approximately $8 million.
The doctor’s son, Guy, is suing to have his dad removed as the administrator claiming that he has squandered over $1.3 million on a Nigerian internet scam.
Dr. Gottschalk claims, however, that Guy is trying to carry out a vendetta against him. Guy had previously lost a court battle in which he tried to have a conservator appointed to run the family partnership.

Special thanks to Prof. Peter Henning for bringing the case to my attention.
