Happy Ending for Lillian Glasser?

Earlier on this blog (e.g., here, here, here, and here), I have been reporting on the case of Lillian Glasser and the battle to control her and her $25 million fortune.

It seems that this case may be reaching a happy ending.  The following is from an e-mail message I received from Lillian’s son, Mark:

Friday April 14, Mother flew to New Jersey to live in her home in Highland Park.

Lillian’s supporters and friends believe she is safe now and no longer in the dire danger from Texas she heretofore faced.

There are many legalities to be faced and no one is letting their guard down but it appears that a degree of peace has arrived for Lillian and the front line players on her team.

Mother seems to be very very happy to be home.
