Transported Hearts Receive Upgrade

A recent story on CNN entitled Human Heart Beats in Box shows a device which when connected to a donated human heart allows it to continue beating during transport between donor and donee.  The video of this device is fascinating but, unfortunately, the time to view it for free has passed.  You may purchase a “day pass” from CNN for $.99.
