Anna Nicole Smith’s Will Released

The Last Will of Vickie Lynn Marshall has been released.  I’ll provide a summary shortly but the will does contain an express provision disinheriting all after-born children which could operate to completely disinherit Dannielynn both under the will and under intestacy!
