Anna Nicole Smith — Update

Here are some recent developments in the Anna Nicole Smith case from New photos show Smith in bed with Bahamian immigration minister, CNN.com, Feb. 12, 2007:

• Pictures have been released showing Anna in bed (fully clothed) with Bahamian Immigration Minister Shane Gibson who granted her residency in the Bahamas.
• As discussed earlier in this blog, residence may be important in determining the law applicable to the validity of her “union” with Howard K. Stern, guardianship of Dannielynn, and determination of heirs.
• Stern is determined to keep Dannielynn from visiting with Anna’s mother, Vergie Arthur, asserting that Anna and Vergie had a rocky relationship.
