Judge Seidlin Promises to Rule by Friday

Judge Larry Seidlin has promised to determine the person with priority to control the disposition of Anna Nicole Smith’s body by Friday, February 23, 2007.

Here are some other highlights of today’s (February 21, 2007) hearing:

• Anna’s mother (Virgie Arthur) is attempting to link the deaths of Anna and Daniel (Anna’s son) to Howard K. Stern (Anna’s long-time companion).
• Anna’s mother may seek to exhume Daniel’s body for reburial in Texas.
• Howard appears to be acknowledging that he was not married to Anna at the time of her death.  He is reported as testifying that they were going to get married this week.
