More on Disposition of Anna Nicole Smith’s Body
Regarding the controversy surrounding the disposition of Anna Nicole Smith’s body as discussed earlier on this blog, Broward County Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin has ruled that Howard K. Stern has standing to seek custody of Anna’s body.
In addition to Anna’s mother Vergie Arthur, Richard Milstein, the court-appointed attorney to represent Dannielynn, is also seeking control over Anna’s body.
