Evil James Brown Trustee Resigns

On Friday, August 10, 2007, David Cannon resigned as one of the trustees of a trust established by James Brown.  In addition, he turned over a check for $350,000, the amount he was accused of misappropriating from the trust, during the court hearing.

Another hearing is scheduled for September 24, 2007 to sort out other matters relating to Brown’s estate.
